How Visualization Transforms Your Life
Visualizing is an exercise for your brain.
Alongside meditation, visualization, a.k.a. imaging, can change your reality. There are many ways you can visualize and at many times of the day. However, the way that has worked best for me and the way I keep going back to is scripting. Scripting your desired love and writing as if it’s already done is what got me amazing manifestation results.
Process to scripting;
I script at night before bed. I have a dedicated journal that I handpicked from Barnes and Noble. This is very important. You have to choose a journal that calls your name. Not a random school notebook. Although, that can work also. But I love picking a journal that calls my name.
I set the mood in my room. Candles lit, sitting in a comfortable position, either on your bed or wherever you decide to script. For me it's on my bed. My office is used by everyone and I need a clean and tidy space to be able to script. So I just sit on my bed with my lap desk on my lap.
Before I start scripting, I read through my script the night before. This helps me get connected to my scripting and putting emotion in while reading is the key.
I close my eyes and I take 5 deep breaths until I feel my mind is empty. Then I start scripting. I write as it comes, I don’t stop until I’m done. I keep writing. Some days it's a page and others it can go as long as 4-5 pages. The longest I have written is 9 pages.
